Can I upskill my current workforce and employees? Absolutely! Our mission is to help support the creation of 700,000 new low carbon jobs in the UK by 2030, many of those roles will be developed in-house through employees already working at the companies we partner with.
Can the Green Britain Academy find me new recruits? Yes! While we positively encourage participation from employers who wish to upskill their existing workforce, we also recognise there is plenty of potential green talent available for businesses that require additional staff. With support through leading training providers and the job centre plus, the Green Britain Academy can confidently source recruitable talent to suit the creation of future low-carbon roles.
Do you deliver your training courses nationwide?
Yes, our courses are developed and delivered across the UK. Our nationwide delivery of training programmes means we can train and upskill workforces throughout Britain.

We will invite eligible companies to participate in a one-day Discovery event, where we’ll seek to understand your company culture, values and aspirations for the future.

From here, the Green Britain Academy will support the journey of your business required to make your pledge a reality by helping facilitate in developing the programmes using our unique methodology.

Following your Discovery event with the Green Britain Academy, you’ll be provided with a detailed document outlining opportunities for development of green courses tailored to your company’s specific needs. Once our expert team has worked with you to develop your official accredited courses we will introducing your company to one of our leading government- approved training providers and the process of tailored course and qualification delivery begins.
